Following on from 2 years of extensive field testing, Challenge is now rolling out the unique ‘X-Series’ transmission chain for all roller chains above 1.1/4” pitch in both the British Standard and American Standard ranges.
Challenge X-Series chains feature:
• Spin riveted pins for optimum lateral strength - ensuring that loads are distributed evenly around the link plate holes.
• High grade alloy steels used throughout - increasing wear resistance and therefore the working life of the chain.
• Seamless rollers from chromium molybdenum steel - helping to prevent deformation and loss of rollers.
• Latest heat treatment technology - providing a high quality and repeatable heat treatment on all of our chain components.
Hot dipped in a proprietary prelube “Formula 818X+Moly”
Available in 5m or 10ft boxes including 1 connecting link
Straight and waisted link plate options
British Standard - 20B-1X up to 56B-3X
American Standard - 100-1XR up to 240-3XR
