All of the Challenge M-Type belts in Classical and Wedge profiles are produced on fixed drum moulds or the latest CNC flat bed machinery, ensuring the tightest length tolerances. Belts for any given size or from any batch all conform to BS3790 tolerances for matched belts, which means that any Challenge M belts can be used on multiple belt pulleys regardless of when or where they were purchased.
All of our M-Type belts are also double enveloped with a high friction material as standard, providing an extended life and reduction in slip with excellent anti-static, oil and heat resistant properties, complying with ISO 1813 and American Petroleum Institute standards.
With very competitive pricing and all of these features as standard, you can understand why in 2016 a Challenge V belt was sold every 10 seconds.
