We manufacture conveyor chains in our own custom built 5500m2 factory based in China. We have over 60 employees, managed by a British expat with over 30 years experience specifically in Conveyor Chain manufacturing.
We process over 350 tons of steel every month, independently certify every batch of steel, punch and machine our own components and apply our heat treatments in house.
With URS U.K visiting our factory every year to issue our ISO 9001:2008 certification, we work extremely hard to ensure that any chain stamped 'CHALLENGE' is manufactured and supplied to the highest possible European quality whilst keeping us competitive with Chinese manufactured prices.
